Altin Gashi

Executive Director

Altin Gashi is the Executive Director at ERDEC. Before joining ERDEC he served as the Vice President of the Youth Assembly of Prishtina, actively involved in advancing youth engagement through a variety of projects, including those in leadership, financial planning, and project management. His background encompasses experience in both research and project management, having served as a Researcher for the Kosovo Agency of Statistics and as an Program Coordinator at the Prishtina International Summer University. His expertise extends to facilitating logistics, coordinating volunteer activities, and managing research initiatives.

Altin holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina. He has also participated in multiple training programs, including the Transformation Leadership Program by USAID & AUK, where he developed skills in areas such as modern leadership, mathematics, and research methodology.
