

Fatlum Zeka
Research Fellow
Fatlum Zeka is a Research Fellow at ERDEC working in the Development and Public Finance Program. His research interests include development cooperation policies of bilateral and multilateral development institutions, the allocation of international public finance in Kosovo, the sustainability of external public debt, and the financing, governance, and effectiveness of public investments financed through external debt.
Before joining ERDEC, Fatlum worked at the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers in Kosovo, where he coordinated activities with international financial institutions and led negotiations for sovereign loan and grant agreements aimed at financing sustainable development projects. He also provided hands-on support to project implementation units for various projects financed by multilateral development banks, including the EBRD, World Bank, EIB, and CEB.
Fatlum holds an MSc in Economics from City, University of London, another MSc in Economics from the University of Prishtina, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Prishtina.
